For your Valentine!

Using your favorite chocolate cake recipe and a yummy ganache or buttercream..this is a super simple trick to dress up your cupcakes.

Place a heart shaped cookie or fondant cutter in the center and fill will sprinkles.

Pour nice and slow to stay inside the cutter or use a small spoon for even more control. Then give your cupcake a little shake to evenly distribute the sprinkles and turn upside down to remove any excess sprinkles.

What could be better than a little hidden surprise in the center? I filled these cupcakes with strawberry marshmallow. You can find strawberry "fluff" at nearly any grocery store. Using a core remover I removed the center of my cupcakes, and filled with marshmallow filling using a pastry bag.
